LALOLI is magnificent for weddings, but is also a unique location for other special, private events.

We created LALOLI  on our family-owned sugar cane farm, in far north Queensland. That history is all around us, in the sugar cane fields and the aging, rustic infrastructure. We deliberately foster our links to the past and think often of the pioneering spirit of Garry's family who established this farm. Within that historical and geographical context, we have created a sprawling rural garden that is positioned at the centre of the farm.

An all-in-one venue, at LALOLI you can host your wedding ceremony, post-ceremony party, reception, or other awesome party like the Mexican Fiesta featured on this page, and have all your photography shot, all on the one venue.

We have created garden spaces like the Bamboo Chapel, the Wild Wood, and the Pyramid and Western Lawns, all of which are stunning and unique locations for private celebrations of all kinds: cocktail parties; corporate dinners; product launches. The garden dresses up or down, creating environments of secluded ambience, and broad open lawn, with fabulous mountain backdrops, and is perfect for magical events.

Our Sugar Shed is our authentic North Queensland farm-shed reception venue. Still housing farming implements on the working side, the fun side is a gorgeously rustic entertainment space, a space that is perfect for hen's parties, high teas and receptions.

The garden and the shed have magnificent views over rolling canefields towards the Atherton Tablelands in the West, and to the astonishing Walsh's Pyramid in the East - this is truly North Queensland.

LALOLI has the advantage of being just thirty minutes drive from Cairns. Through farmlands and the most northern part of Wooroonooran National Park on the Gillies Highway, and alongside the incredible Mulgrave River, the drive showcases the stunning natural beauty of North Queensland. Upon entering the Little Mulgrave Valley, visitors experience a sense of the magic of escape from urban surrounds of Cairns, and is a trip back to simpler, more peaceful times.
